For students intending to pursue their Bachelor's Degree after completing the Associate, we recommend taking electives that will meet GER requirements for the BHS, BA or BS degree you have chosen. See UAA Catalog for approved GER list. **** CIOS 260A does not meet the Bachelor's degree requirements. A TOTAL OF 60 CREDITS IS REQUIRED FOR THE A.A.S. DEGREE IN HUMAN SERVICES
for BHS Degree
A TOTAL OF 120 CREDITS IS REQUIRED FOR THE BHS DEGREE, OF WHICH 42 CREDITS MUST BE UPPER DIVISION.
NOTE: Each Human Services degree (Associate of Applied Science and Bachelor of Human Services) requires a 6 credit emphasis area. Students must complete 6 credits each from two emphasis areas or 12 credits from one emphasis area. Selected courses in one emphasis area may not be used in any other emphasis area.
